With the Branded Burner, Herzenslust takes the art of distilling to a new, personal level.
An experience that grows with you
If you feel like it, you can taste various Franz Huber jun. brandies directly in the restaurant and choose your own favorite. This is then exclusively filled into a 30-liter barrel - individually branded and matured for three years.
Once a year, guests return for a culinary barrel tasting: an evening at Herzenslust, including a selection from their own barrel and a fine 5-course menu for up to eight people. This allows you to experience how your own personal brandy develops - sip by sip, year after year.
